How to request deletion of your account and personal data from MeridianOS.

What Data We Store

When you create an account on MeridianOS, we store the following information:

  • Account details — username, email address, display name
  • API keys — keys you generated for accessing our APIs
  • Usage logs — API request history, reading history
  • Subscription data — payment history, plan details (if applicable)
  • Support tickets — helpdesk and contact form submissions
  • Wishlist submissions — feature requests you submitted

How to Request Account Deletion

To delete your account and all associated data, follow these steps:

Send a deletion request

Email us at help@meridianos.dev with the subject line "Delete My Account". Include the email address associated with your account.

Or use the Contact form

Go to our Contact page, select any service, and submit your deletion request with your account email.

We process your request

We will verify your identity and permanently delete all your data within 7 business days. You will receive a confirmation email once complete.

What Gets Deleted

Upon account deletion, we permanently remove:

  • Your user account and profile information
  • All API keys and access tokens
  • API usage logs and reading history
  • Support tickets and contact messages
  • Wishlist and feature request submissions
  • Any votes or interactions on the roadmap

What We May Retain

In certain cases, we may retain limited data as required by law:

  • Payment records — transaction history may be retained for tax and legal compliance for up to 7 years
  • Fraud prevention — IP addresses associated with blocked accounts may be retained to prevent abuse
